What are the delivery costs?
We offer free delivery for orders above €50. For orders below €100, a shipping fee of €5.95 applies.

When can I expect my order?
Depending on your location, delivery may take around 3-8 business days. In busy periods, a 1-2 business day processing time may be required. If you want to track your order, please see the 'Track your order' page in the menu. For more details, please see our shipping policies.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, so we’re unable to guarantee any cancellation requests, or changes to your order.

I have not received an order confirmation.
If your order has been processed successfully, you will receive the order confirmation in your mailbox within a few minutes. Always check your spam, or junk mail, box if you have not received anything.

Can I track my order?

I have not received my order, what should I do?
We are sorry to hear you have not received your order. Your parcel may be delayed by the carrier. We, therefore, advise you to check the track & trace page first. It shows the status of the delivery.

At Elvae, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. All items must be returned in new, unopened condition in their original, undamaged packaging.

How long does a refund take?
We aim to process all returned orders within 14 days. However in some cases, this could be up to 30 days.
After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 3 working days before the refund is visible on your bank account
Received a damaged item?
We're really sorry to hear that! If you received a faulty item, please send us a picture via email. This will help us address the issue and ensure an appropriate solution is found.
